Agile Planet's Radiotherapy Equipment Simulator on Display at PTCOG 49

Austin, TX (August 25, 2009) - Agile Planet's AgileMedix^TM radiotherapy equipment and treatment plan simulator will be presented at the 49^th Particle Therapy Cooperative Group (PTCOG) to be held at Gunma University - NIRS, Japan, May 17, 2010 to May 22, 2010. AgileMedix^TM is a radio therapy treatment room equipment simulation and safety software that uses 3D models, treatment planning integration, and process models to simulate individual patient treatment plans while checking for safety constraints.  AgileMedix^TM and its use in Proton Therapy for staff training, treatment plan verification, and real-time collision prevention will be presented by its collaborator, Procure Treatment Centers.
